The Ad Operations Manager will play a critical role within company ensuring successful campaign delivery for rapidly growing sales team. Interfacing with YouTube Ad Operations, O&O website’s Ad Operations tools, forecasting inventory, monetizing evolving digital properties and strong analytical mindset is of utmost importance. Machinima is looking for someone who is able to roll up their sleeves, help manage an ad operations business and provide support to multiple teams across the company. Ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of DFP/XFP/AdWords.Your Key Roles:● Manage the use of DFP to monetize YouTube channels and Owned & Operated properties

● Maintain current DFP infrastructure and architect for future goals with best practices implemented
● Develop forecasting and trafficking procedures for speed and accuracy
● Work with internal teams to maintain ad delivery infrastructure and systems for non-standard media
● Assist media planning team in building accurate RFPs that highlight best features of network to stand out in marketplace
● Analyze packaging of network to maximize efficiencies and back end yield
● Work wtih Finance and Business Intelligence on internal reports for analyzing traffic patterns, delivery data, and monetization of content
● Assist in managing performance reporting metrics (DFP, Nielsen, etc.)
● Utilize YouTube CMS/DFP/AdWords for ad hoc reporting requests
● Take on new monetization/operations projects to meet evolving business needs
● Collaborate with team to identify and own new lines of revenue and own where appropriateSkills Needed to Dominate:

● 3-5 years of hands on ad operations experience
● Strong working knowledge of DFP/XFP necessary
● Expertise with MS Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
● Experience working with both external partners, web developers, and sales professionals
● Working knowledge of basic measurement tools (Nielsen, etc.)
● Understanding of video ad operations and different video specific formats (VAST, VPAID, etc.)
● Basic knowledge of contracts, experience reviewing IOs/Terms and Conditions is preferred
● Comprehensive understanding of campaign success metrics and analytics
● Experience working with third party data providers to create and evaluate segments
● Experience with VAST, VPAID, HTML, JavaScript, Flash and rich media
● High level knowledge of Ad Tech/Programmatic space – DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, etc.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
● Strong project management and communication skills
● Strong analytical, strategic and creative problem solving skills
● Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
