The market is huge and only getting bigger by the day. Despite the poor implementation and execution by the current service providers and vendors, businesses continue to pour money in but the technologies and service providers have not figured out how to sell and service these businesses…until now.

Bridg seeks an experienced Account Executive to sell our disruptive digital media technology. The perfect candidate has a strong sales background with experience prospecting and selling to Ad Agencies.  In your role, you will utilize a consultative sales approach to capitalize on your existing digital Ad Agency relationships as you build your pipeline and close new Agency Reseller accounts.  Experience presenting and closing in-person, over the phone, and via GoToMeeting in a high-volume environment is a must.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, your main objective is to prospect for and close new Ad Agencies to be resellers of our products to their client portfolio.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting and exceeding all sales and performance goals on a consistent basis
  • Giving prospective agencies a strong, engaging sales presentation
  • Educating potential client agencies on the value of adopting and distributing the Bridg platform
  • Engaging in warm and cold calling on a daily basis
  • Following up with potential agency clients to close sales
  • Representing our company and our brand in the most positive light as you serve as the voice and face of Bridg
  • Building business networks to generate referrals and leads
  • Tracking and recording daily sales metrics in our CRM system

 

Desired Skills and Experience

We seek individuals with 2-5 years direct-to-agency sales experience and a history of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals. Compensation includes a competitive package (base + commission) with unlimited potential.

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience selling into Agencies – relationships are a must!
  • Experience in consultative and high-volume sales
  • CRM software experience preferred
  • Knowledge of online digital marketing preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 4 year college degree
