A Comcast customer tries to cancel their service for over 8 minutes… This is exactly the problem with Comcast purchasing Time Warner Cable.
The Government should make a law that makes it incredibly easy for a customer to cancel their service! It reminds me of the AOL days when you wanted to cancel service. Not a good customer experience at all. This is why Comcast is ranked as one of the worst companies for customer service. You own a company don’t do what Comcast does!
